By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A minimum deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, as specified for each package or service.
• Full payment must be made before the travel date or as per the timeline communicated in your booking confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in INR (or applicable currency) and are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as currency fluctuation, tax changes, airfare changes, or supplier price adjustments.
• Any additional charges incurred during the trip (e.g., extra meals, personal expenses, additional activities) must be settled directly by the client.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices include only those items specified in your booking confirmation or itinerary. Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, beverages, or optional activities. Moon Light Tours India reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Travel Documents & Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, such as passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance, are valid and up to date. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to failure to obtain required documentation or comply with regulations.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any existing medical conditions that might affect their participation in the tour.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if, in our opinion, it poses a risk to the individual or group.
• Clients are responsible for their personal safety and should adhere to instructions given by guides or service providers.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Amendments or cancellations by the client are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

In rare cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions), Moon Light Tours India reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries. Alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where possible. We are not responsible for any additional costs arising from such changes.

6. Conduct & Responsibility

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.
• Any damage caused intentionally or negligently to property or vehicles must be compensated by the client.
• We reserve the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in a tour if their behavior is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful, without any refund.

7. Liability

Moon Light Tours India acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, airlines, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may arise, directly or indirectly, from any act or omission of these providers. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

8. Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and baggage loss is highly recommended for all clients. Proof of insurance may be required before departure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Moon Light Tours India or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

11. Updates & Amendments

Moon Light Tours India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
